No obvious visual sign to prevent overproduction with limited quantity. Min/Max buffer levels are not defined. Visual locations do not minimize the amount of buffer.
The buffer areas was not visualized with min and max levels.
There are several different packages used and some are "one-way packing" , e.g. carton box. Not evident to reduce the amount of one way packaging inactively.
