我每天都在说要学习英语，可是没有更好的方法，今天背会的单词，明天就不记得了。现在从新概念1开始学，不知道什么时候能学好，哪位有更好的方法，教教我？

Well said. However, to excel in your career, you must first know your career goal and then develop a plan to achieve this goal. Having a good command in English always helps but may not be necessary, if it's not required in your plan.
