Title: Project Manager
Tasks:
 Manage all control and rework for automotive suppliers in North China
 Managing critical quality problem at OEMs, lead team to set up on-line support at OEMs, and monitor supplier process and set up firewall at supplier plant
 Manage and coordinate international project within group
 Assist customer to draft control plan and implement for PPAP parts
 For Supplier’s critical quality problem, help and Supervise root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action and verification of effectiveness
 Manage customer service project for OEMs and tire1 suppliers
 Audit and evaluate Supplier process quality capability for new project and corrective action follow up
 8D Report and Follow up
Requirements
 More that 5years working experience in automotive industry, and good knowledge on quality control.
 Good written and verbal English skill.
 Lead Job11 team(engineers, supervisors and inspectors), Flexible manpower arrangement based on project situation.
 Weekly Job11 projects overview
 Customer complain management
 Strong communication skill
 Experienced skill on Excel, Powerpoint reports.
 Hard work, can travel frequently and ready for urgently business travel

Implement containment action and develop interim correct action once non-conformity parts was detected.
Conduct quality tools in process control such as control chart (Individual moving range chart or X bar R chart), process capability (CP/CPK) study, Potential process FMEA, DOE etc.
Verify and confirm the process flow chart, control plan and other SOP in place and had been implemented.
Monitor and confirm the PPAP progress according to corresponding submission level.
For critical quality problem solving, according to 8D process, to take containment action to build firewall, conduct root cause analysis by process audit, history data analysis and DOE activities, introdut the correct action according to result of root cause analysis, validate the effectiveness of correct action by small batch trial run, apply DDDW at prevent action such as Poka-yoke feature of design or process.
Develop and audit supplier according to supplier quality manual and score system.
