Ensure manufacturing plant quality management systems are maintained or developed in compliance with ISO/TS16949 requirements.

Enhance customer satisfaction thorough the effective use of appropriate tools and processes for management of customer feedback.

Manage the SPC & MSA processes.

Coordinator to all kinds of internal & external audits and visits

Data analysis for various quality issues

Qualification Requirements任职资格
Qualification Requirement任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related.
机械工程专业及其相关专业本科学历。
2. At least 3 years quality system engineer experience in Automotive industry.
三年及以上汽车行业体系工程师经验。
3. Familiar with TS16949 and QS 5 tools.
熟悉TS16949 和品质5大工具。
4. Good English in speaking and writing.
良好的英语说、写能力。
5. Experience in TS16949 internal audit and TS16949 internal auditor certified
TS16949内审经验并持有TS16949内审员证书。
6. Experience in managing customer feedback/ complaint handling process preferred.
具有处理顾客反馈和抱怨方面丰富的经验。

Qualification Requirement任职资格：

1. 中专及技校以上文化程度。
2. 具备一定的英语基础。
3. 具备很好的识图能力，根据要求能独立完成产品以及模具的全尺寸和关键尺寸的检验工作。
4. 熟练使用Word， Excel等Office办公软件。
5. 懂得基本的制造工艺和程序，熟悉检验流程。
6. 机械专业背景或拥有相关机械工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验者优先考虑。
7. 有实验设备操作经验，有CMM操作经验者优先考虑。
8. 完成相关测试，填写数据记录，测量工作完毕后完成相关报告。
