具体的要求如下（英文）：
Bachelors Degree in engineering, technical or other related discipline.
Five years of experience minimum in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, product engineering or quality assurance and at least 2 years in manager position
A demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods, approaches & tools, including strategic planning and project management.
Six Sigma, Quality Management System standards (i.e. ISO, QS, etc)
Interpersonal Communications and Leadership Skills Development.
Excellent English and computer skills
