My friend jimmy has been to Germany about half month,he told me that the Germany factory has a good training system ,the operator need to be trained 3 years and the course is covers any feild of his factory,so the operators can make sure the quality of product by themslef,there is no quality inspector for process.However, as you know,the quality of germany is perfect.w
In china,our new operators has seldom training ,they need to finish the output when they joined this company.

The training system is very important to each factroy,Is there a good training system ,i hope you can give me that the answer is Yes.
