工厂程序文件规定ME每天对锡炉量测Profile, 由于人员不足, 现无法做到每天量测. 老板决定挑一示范线, 分时间段每天量测5次Profile并记录数据, 导入SPC管制以检测其稳定度, 最终目的是作为重新定义Profile量测频度的依据, 并要求实施前完成MSA
以下为收集了21天的数据, 每天五次, 每次产生三个监控点的数据: 焊锡面, 零件面和峰温.

2、SPC是建立在过程能力稳定及达标的情况下来做的,所以这一步你要做CPK,保证过程能力达标(大于1比较合适);
3、如果不达标马上启动项目进行改善;
4、改善完成后在进行分析用控制图建立控制线;
5、实施SPC
