My third day talking
OK, I come here for my third day talking,a little busy today, but I must insist it.
I spend half day in YB training, so tired. the result is not so good,I tried to talk something with the trainer's work but only get some weak feedback. I asked them why, they told me they are so new for the company that they even don't know their work clearly, then nothing I want to say, but I know I have to give some limited conditions for my training to ensure this training effect, and maybe I would make another easier training for the new staff .
In a word I should do something, and I am lucky that I know how to do when the problem happened

As I know,sigma training is not a simple case. From your information,you'll get 6days to give the course, I think the trainers can't insist on it.I remember when we attend similar course, some of us often doze off,including me. Hehe!
