My 8th talking
It maked me happy to see I have persist the talking for 8 days. It is becoming one of my habit in the life, I find I start to think if I have done the talking in this forum for those two days. That means it has come into my heart, hehe
Ok, one thing I want to say is about my change. Would you mind to spend some time to read somthing about my working story?
I came into this company in 2004 as soon as I completed my college study.
My first job is checking parts in QC department which we called QA in our company, and I learned the checking skill in that time.
I was given the work as QC manager after 2 years later, because the original manager had to leave because of some personal problem, and before he left he gave the advice giving me the chance to receive his work to the boss, so hurry and even without telling to me, I didn't become a good manager in QC department, mainly I couldn't deal well with the relation between production and quality, At that time I didn't have much knowledge about quality management, I insited good QC was to check following the standard strictly, stop the NC out to the next process and the custom, but the harder I worked, the more blame from the boss. I was painful in that 3 years, sleep bad, and got the lowest wage in the same level staff, I really didn't know what my boss wanted, how should I do.
But anyhow I learned all the process about QC management in that time, except good relation ship with colleagues and the boss. hehe
Then a new boss came, and he made the decision to give me now job in ISO department, giving me the cause of the complaint from the staff in QC department. In face that was not important, the important was he had made the decision. come to the new department and of course I became to a normal worker, without any management grade. Then my life changed, I began the road to learn the truth in life.
Thers is a word that: 放手也是一种解脱，when we drop something, some others we will get.
OK, so much for today, I have to work, or else my boss will be angry, hehehe

I'm also in office now, have to work overtime for the new project product. I really feel a little tired, but hve to insist.
