Describe the Person－BB

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

Bachelors Degree preferably in Engineering or Business, or equivalent work experience. 3 years of professional level experience in leading improvement teams. Prior supervisory experience is a plus. Should have solid project management skills and leadership skills.

Should have knowledge of other functions that provide inputs regularly, i.e., Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations. Must have the ability to learn and perform statistical analysis.

B) Describe the three most important requirements of the individual.

1. Ability to lead and direct an improvement team. Must be a results orientated “change agent” who is an effective business systems thinker.
