Top management shall review the organization's quality management system,at planned intervals,to ensure its continuing suitability ,adequacy and effectiveness.This review shall assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the quality management system,including the quality policy and quality objectives.
But I want to know how to review suitablity,adequacy and effectiveness of quality mannagement system?

5.6.1 总则
最高管理者应当开展管理评审活动，使其不仅限于对质量管理体系的有效性和效率进行验证，且应扩展为在整个组织范围内对体系效率进行评价的过程。受到最高管理者领导作用激励的管理评审应当成为交换新观念、对输入进行开放式的讨论和评价的平台。
为使管理评审给组织带来增值，最高管理者应当通过系统的基于质量管理原则的评审，对产品实现和支持过程的业绩进行控制。评审的频次应当视组织的需求而定。评审过程的输入应当导致超越质量管理体系有效性和效率的输出。评审的输出应当提供用于组织进行业绩改进策划的数据。
