My name is Anny. I am from Suzhou. Now I work for a foreign company. But I have some problem about this work.
First, it is the most important for me, I almost cannot open my mouth to say anything. I found my english is very poor.
No words, no expression.
In this situation, what can I do? who can help me to solve this?

We are doing our best to help. However, it takes time. Therefore, if quick result is expected, you may want to consider hiring a private tutor, an ESL teacher for example. But, make sure he or she is a good one.
