Position:6 sigma BB
Requirement:
1) Minium 5 years work experience, more than 2 years in EMS industry.
2) 3 years supervisor above managerial work experience, strong leadership
3) Have basic knowledge of Six sigma tools, certified BB or GB is an advantage.
4) Good comunication and interpersonal skills, positive and proactive.
5) Good sense of cost, have relevant experience in process improvement
6) Statistical thinking and goal driving
Job Description:
1) Full time Six sigma black belt for Flex DG PCBA.
2) Will go through Flex BB training after join and need sign training bond.
3) Lead cost saving improvement projects.
4) Achieve Flex Six sigma black belt requirements
5) Ensure Flex DG PCBA meet Six sigma cost saving target.
6) Train GBs and mentoring GBs
