From next week (May-16) will stay one of our suppliers to monitor their operation, will review eveything in that supplier side, eg product development, tooling, molding, assy, capacity, logistics, MRP system, sub-contractor, EOL testing, pre-shipment testing, CI,...

Would you give me some suggestion? TKS.

(Last year that supplier was our the 2nd level supplier, now it's our major supplier, so headquarter/boss assigned me to stay that plant, maybe 6 month, or 1 year.)
