NISSAN ANPQP Phases
NISSAN的ANPQP不知道大家熟悉与否?这里给一点简单的阶段性控制提纲,以供参考:
Introduction.
The ANPQP guide has been developed to commonise the global requirements of Renault & Nissan for new model development. However, some items remain company-specific in line with individual company brand identity.
ANPQP is based upon the structure of QS9000 APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan) and is similarly divided into five phases.
ANPQP Phase Diagram shows the linking of the five phases through new model development and the milestones, which must be achieved to progress to each new phase.
The respective milestones for Renault and Nissan are indicated in the ANPQP Generic Timing diagram. The specific timeline for each project shall be confirmed with the relevant Renault and / or Nissan project leader at the appropriate time.
Feedback results from one project are used as input to the first phase of the next project.
Senior Management commitment to support fully the achievement of all project goals and targets is a fundamental requirement throughout all phases of ANPQP.
Please note that Renault and / or Nissan reserve the right to carry out on-site audits of the supplier at any time, where this is deemed appropriate
The Purpose of ANPQP
To specify the method by which the supplier is required to develop new products to achieve the Alliance targets for Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD).
The Scope of ANPQPANPQP is the Alliance requirement for suppliers from the initial project planning phase through SOP and into full volume production. See Duration of ANPQP and other ASG items. ANPQP should be used for changes to product and/or process, which may occur throughout the life of the product.
ANPQP applies to all external suppliers including vehicle, powertrain and service parts and can apply to external suppliers of direct materials and in-house suppliers of production parts.
Note: Service parts are replacement parts required for after sales support. Accessories (parts not included within the original specification of the vehicle) are not included within the scope of ANPQP.
In the case when a supplier supplies the same product to more than one Alliance customer then the documentation submission requirements will be agreed between the customers and the supplier during the early stages of development. This agreement shall be on a project by project basis and include responsibilities for customer signature when applicable. The supplier must ensure that all requests for change (Design, Process, Facility) are authorised by Alliance customers prior to the change taking place.
The Structure of ANPQP
ANPQP is divided into 5 sections identified as the 5 phases within ANPQP Phase Diagram. Within each section are to be found the individual ANPQP requirement items - see ANPQP Structure Diagram
Each individual ANPQP requirement item is structured to contain the following information:
Introduction (where applicable)
Description of the requirement (including the objective of the requirement)
Renault and / or Nissan input (where applicable )
Required Result
Documents to be used - the required document(s) are specified and are supported with worked examples where applicable.
Note 1, it is clearly identified where the supplier's own documentation may be used if agreed by Renault and / or Nissan. The minimum requirements for information to be provided within the supplier's own documentation can be found in the completion guide for the relevant document and the Consolidated Master Documents Submission Matrix.
Note2, when Renault and / or Nissan agree that the supplier may use their own documentation, the header portion of the relevant ANPQP document shall be completed and appended as a front sheet.
Timing - when the required result is to be achieved
Responsibility
Related ANPQP Items
ANPQP will be published in four languages, English, Japanese, French and Spanish. The English version is the master and should be referred to when clarification of any items is necessary.
Note: the individual item numbers within ANPQP are for reference purposes only and do not specify any chronological order.
Application of ANPQP
Suppliers are required to submit all the documentation as specified within ANPQP. However, in certain circumstances, after project status analysis by Renault and / or Nissan, some submission requirements may be waived. ANPQP utilises electronic documentation and some of these require the signature of the supplier representative. The technology to support secure electronic signatures varies and no one system is recommended by Renault and / or Nissan. Therefore, the supplier should discuss the document sign-off requirements with their Alliance customer on a case by case basis.
At the appropriate time, Renault and / or Nissan will agree the relevant supplier personnel / function for completion and Renault and / or Nissan personnel/function for receipt of all documentation.
Renault and / or Nissan shall identify the supplier / product project assessment level that will be used with each supplier / product combination.
Renault and / or Nissan's determination of project assessment level for a supplier / product combination shall be based on such factors as:
The project assessment level shall be subject to review during the product and process development.
The organisation of the project teams both for the supplier and for Renault and / or Nissan shall be confirmed at project initiation and reconfirmed at regular intervals throughout the project.
In addition, for the legal aspects of ANPQP application, the supplier shall also refer to other relevant documents including, without limitation: the Master Purchase Agreement. In the case of conflict between ANPQP and the Master Purchase agreement the requirements of the Master Purchase agreement shall prevail.
ANPQP Phases:
PHASE 1: ORGANISATION & PLANNING
The supplier must ensure that the main requirements within Phase 1 are complete prior to the sourcing decision and the outstanding requirements completed quickly after the sourcing decision, within the early stage of the supplier's Phase 2 activities.
The objective of Phase 1 is to organise and plan a product development programme, which achieves the necessary quality, cost, and delivery targets required to support Renault and / or Nissan's new model project. This is achieved by focusing on the needs and expectations of Renault and / or Nissan.
Supplier Senior Management must also review their companies compliance with the requirements of ISO TS16949.
Overall project timing indications provided by Renault and / or Nissan should be used to prepare the development framework for the project.
Note : The supplier must refer to the 'Submission matrix for Phase 1' to identify the submission requirements for Renault and / or Nissan for the documents relevant to each individual ANPQP requirement.
PHASE 2: DESIGN COMPLETION
The supplier shall commence this activity immediately after the sourcing confirmation and ensure that the design specification is completed to allow commencement of Phase 3 activities.
The objective of Phase 2 is to ensure that the Supplier's Product and Process Design meets the Quality, Cost and Delivery requirements of Renault and / or Nissan.
The supplier's activities, in line with Renault and / or Nissan's requirements, shall be controlled by creating the Supplier Master Schedule. This schedule must be maintained to reflect the current project status. It must cover the whole life of the project up to and including start of production.
The supplier must plan & implement internal design reviews as an integral part of the development process.
Additionally, monitoring of the progress of preparation for production is initiated at this stage.
Note: The supplier must refer to the 'Submission matrix for Phase 2' to identify the submission requirements for Renault and Nissan for the documents relevant to each individual ANPQP requirement.
PHASE 3: OFF-TOOL
The supplier shall commence this activity immediately after design fix and tooling release and ensure the development of the production tooling is completed ready for the off-tool confirmation.
The objective of Phase 3 is to complete the development of the production tooling so that those products produced from them fully comply with the design specification.
The requirements of this section include the development of the major features of the manufacturing system and its related control plans and logistics issues to achieve quality, cost and delivery targets within the required time-scale.
Note: The supplier must refer to the 'Submission matrix for Phase 3' to identify the submission requirements for Renault and Nissan for the documents relevant to each individual ANPQP requirement.
PHASE 4: OFF-PROCESS
The supplier must fully complete the off-process activity before SOP.
The objective of Phase 4 is to complete the product & process development and confirmation of the manufacturing process and its capability to meet the quality, cost and delivery targets at full volume condition.
The requirements for production part approval and confirmation of full volume condition are key to confirming that the entire product development and manufacturing process development are satisfactory
Note: The supplier must refer to the 'Submission matrix for Phase 4 (part approval)' to identify the submission requirements for Renault and / or Nissan for the documents relevant to each individual ANPQP requirement.
PHASE 5: POST S.O.P.
The supplier shall commence this activity immediately after SOP, through volume increase (ramp-up) and into full volume production.
The objective of Phase 5 is to monitor and improve the manufacturing process by specifying requirements such as reducing process variation to continually improve customer satisfaction during series production.
Another key element of this section is the effective management of the introduction of changes, either to the design, process, manufacturing facility site, materials used, sub-suppliers, or tooling refurbishment / replacement. This requirement applies for the entire production life of the product.
The monitoring of customer satisfaction throughout current production is important not only to continually confirm that the Renault and / or Nissan's quality, cost and delivery targets are being achieved but also to provide input into the planning stage for future projects.
Note: The supplier must refer to the 'Submission matrix for Phase 5' to identify the submission requirements for Renault and Nissan for the documents relevant to each individual ANPQP requirement.
