GR&R程序(MSA)

1.0 PURPOSE
To provide a standard guideline for Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR & R) study and Attribute Gage R&R Study.
2.0 SCOPE
Applicable to any manufacturing fixtures and gauges in XXXXXX (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
3.0 REFERENCE
Jig/Fixture/Tool Verification Procedure (Doc # CSZ-SOP-Q-013).
4.0 DEFINITION
4.1 Fixtures include measuring mechanical magnitude.
4.2 Gauges include measuring mechanical magnitude and electrical tools.
4.3 Attribute Gage R&R for test by visual inspection following the Criteria.
5.0 RESPONSIBILITY
5.1 QA and Process Engineering are to perform the GR & R study.
6.0 TOOL / EQUIPMENT
6.1 Related gauges and fixture involved in a particular GR & R study.
6.2 Those parts used for particular G R & R study
7.0 PROCEDURE
7.1 Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility Study
7.1.1 Serialize the selected 10 samples.
7.1.2 Measure and test 3 times each in random order for first operator. Repeat same step for second or third operator.
7.1.3 Summarize the data into G R & R format (See appendix 1).

7.2 Attribute Gage R & R Study
7.2.1 Serialize the selected 30 samples or requested by Customer.
7.2.2 The samples must be Accepted parts 40% , Rejected 40% , Marginal Accepted 5% and Marginal Rejected 5%
7.2.3 Keep the samples to test 3 operator inspection 2 times.
7.2.4 Standard Score of Attribute Gage R&R minimum 95 %. The result score of operator lower than standard score must retrain and must under goal GR&R process again.
7.2.5 Summarize the data into G R & R format ( See appendix 2 and 3 ).
