招聘要求

Task
 Create & update training catalog.
 For all existed course, build up training Power Point.
 Support Key account manager for training case.
 Optimize training plans in line with the request from customers.
 Conduct the training based on approved training material.
 Continue improvement according to training feedback.
 Monthly training database update to headquarter in Germany
 Report directly to Project Manager.

Qualification
 Rich training experience and good communication capability
 Very familiar with ISO9001 & ISO/TS16949 and AIAG 5 Tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA)
 Experienced in customized training course like Problem Solving & 8D, Initial Sampling training, Product Development Process, QSB, Formel Q…
 Supplier development experience in OEM is preferred
 Willingness for travel within the region.
 Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
 Fluent in English. German language skill would be a plus.
