招聘要求

Report to:
Quality Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:
1) Understand and implement the procedure of management in quality aspects seriously
2) Participate daily quality meeting with other operational team
3) Create control plan & support quality assurance/control team to understand and implement control plan
4) Support project management team and process engineering team to establish the FMEA, FC, WI, etc.
5) Prepare sampling and PPAP document packages to PM
6) Handle internal and external complains, root cause analysis for failures and defectives; fast response to customer complains
7) checking test equipment, fixture and gauges are feasible and reliable
8) SPC data analysis and potential quality risk report
9) implement continuous improvement programs
10) Implement and push the continuous improvement plan to meet target and reduce the failure & defect PPMs
11) Collect data of lesson learned for quality engineering manager, support to update the lesson learned database
12) Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
1) 3 years or above experience in components quality management in automotive industry
2) Familiar with QS9000/VDA6.1/TS16949/ISO14001system ; with internal auditor certification
3) Familiar with the quality tools eg. APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC、8D, DOE
4) Good negotiation and communication skills both in English and Chinese
5) Bachelor or above with engineering background
