招聘要求

 Lead inspection team to carry out product quality control and rework as the firewall at both customer and supplier sides.
 Flexible manpower arrangement based on project requirements.
 Prepare the sorting/inspection working instruction and provide proper training to the inspection team. Daily report to the customer and weekly job11 projects overview reports.
 Implement layered process audit internal the team during projects.
 Monitor supplier production process and follow up the defined countermeasures on-site.
 Good communication with supplier and customer, reliable customer representative (on-site support at end-customer).
 Manage and coordinate the international project within Formel D group. Assist on the critical problems with root cause analysis, implementation of the corrective measures and check the effectiveness.
 Manage customer service project for OEM or Tier1 supplier.
 8D report and corresponding follow up.

Your Profile:

 More than 2 years working experience in automotive industry and good knowledge on the quality control.
 Good knowledge in Engine.
 Strong communication skill and customer complain management.
 Positive thinking and be able to conquer the difficulties during the projects.
 Hard work and be ready for the urgent business travel.
 Experienced on the Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint reports
 Good written and verbal English skill
