• Summary of this role

This role is to conduct project acquisition, preparation, operation and management.
Ensure quality performance, sales and profit result of the business.
Customer and business development and relationship management.
Organization management (Team, Structure, Cost, etc.)


 Task
1. Project Management
• Ensure customer satisfaction in various projects (Logistic support, quality controlling and rework, supplier improvement, etc).
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Be reactive and provide action plan in case of complaint from the client.
Manage and coordinate international project within group.
• Key Account Management
• Maintain and improve customer relationship & satisfaction.
• Represent our business and culture in a self confident and conclusive manner.
• Support top management to define the sales strategy and follow up the implementation.
• Potential leads acquisition by internal referral and networking to the field of auto supplier quality management.
• To find the best strategic way to approach key prospects.
Acquire and attend client appointments.

2. Team Management
• Guide the team to make action plan in order to achieve the company target
• Supervise the Performance of team members, recruiting, inducting, coaching, and managing the team.
• Project and Employee assignment planning and follow up.
3. Financial Management
• Propose budgets & forecasts for validation to Director of China with spirit of progress.
• Accountable for the achievement of the budgets in terms of Sales and Client payments in line with contract terms
• Ensure & validate accuracy, timeliness & consistency of category financial data & reports, in particular control the recognition of sales and margin.
• Report financial performance to Director of China, and propose action.
Give to the team financial targets that are aligned with budget and action plans.
4. Quality Management
• Support Quality manager to make sure the team understand the importance and the meaning of all Formel D quality standards and guarantee implementation within the group.

Your profile

• Bachelor degree and above in engineering is required.
• Solid automotive industry (or comparable) experience, quality and manufacturing experience are preferred.
• Good team management (project leaders, project engineers, supervisors, inspectors), Flexible manpower arrangement based on project situation.
• Proven capabilities in problem solving and team.
• Interpersonal skills, team orientation is necessary along with computer competency, e.g. MS Office.
• Familiar with ISO/TS16949, VDA 6.3.
• Fluent in English. German language skill would be a plus.


