PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
- Working with quality team, ensure the production quality has a high-level and continuous improvement for SEF Shanghai.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out the related policies, regulations and decrees of quality, standards and measurement; and carry out the related requirements of internal and external clients.
- To ensure that laboratory equipment is equipped, personnel quality, laboratory environmental conditions, and so on. Plan to training and evaluation for tester.
- Organize and deal with the complaint and quality accidents in calibration or measurement process. Prepare the quality system documents of testing room; responsible for the nonconformity control and verify the corrective measures.
- Responsible for coordinating relationship between testing room and related departments.
- Responsible for approval of purchasing application about general equipments.
- Prepare the testing & measuring operation procedures, responsible for confirm the product testing & measuring reports.
- Prepare of the testing program, and responsible for the IMDS/CAMDS data and MSA management.
- Responsible for preparing the short and long term plans of testing room.
- Responsible for the safety and labor protection within the testing room.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Full-time junior college graduate, major in mechanical engineering or related engineering graduate.
- 3+ years working experience in testing room management, familiar with the ISO9001/TS16949 quality system. Supplier experience of General Motors, VW, SAIC, Toyota, Honda and etc. is preferential.
- Familiar with quality tools such as CP/SPC/MSA.
- Understanding use method of measuring instruments and equipment for plastic and metal parts, such as projectors or image measuring machine, tensile testing machine, temperature and humidity test chamber, high-low temperature test chamber, salt spray test machine and so on.
- Have basic knowledge of plastics and metal products, skillful at engineering drawings.
- With good team work and communication skills, able to withstand the strong pressure of work.
- Good Office software using and basic English writing and reading skills.
