招聘要求

1.基本背景要求
Essential background requirement
　1) Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent experience to be determined by testing as applicable
　工程或相关专业本科
　2) 3 years or above related quality related experience.
　3年或以上质量工作经验

2.基本技能及工作经验要求
Essential experience and professional skill requirement
　1) Strong knowledge of Quality Engineering, such as, SPC, DOE, GD&T
　丰富的质量工程知识，例如：SPC,DOE,GD&T
　2) Strong knowledge of Quality Standards, eg., ISO90000, QS9000 and TS2.
　较强的质量体系标准经验，如：ISO9000,QS9000,TS2。
　3) Well versed in OEM requirement, quality standards and problem solving techniques
　精通OEM厂的要求 ，质量标准，问题解决方法。
　4) Strong knowledge of commodity product, process and tooling
　丰富的产品，制程，模具知识
　5) Good overall oral and written communication skills both Mandarin and English

工作内容

1. Assist Plant Quality Manager in development and implementation of process,

a quality assurance in process,
including the preparation of respective instructions and manuals that ensure all product parts
meet all standards
协助质量经理开展和执行制程质量控制包括：准备相关的指导书和手册，保证所有产品符合标准

1. Planning and request for resources /supports in assurance of customer satisfaction.

取得相关的资源和支持，使顾客满意

1. Monitor the product quality performance and take leadership for quality problem solving

/ corrective & preventive action developed and implemented in quality aspects.
监控产品质量绩效，领导小组解决质量问题，纠正和预防措施的落实验证

1. Provide timely coaching, counseling, and feedback to plant QC through one-on-one sessions,

performance appraisals and team meetings
通过绩效评估，团队会议等向工厂QC提供及时的指导，帮助，反馈。

1. Adhere to all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedures, employee

handbook and the Employee Norms
遵守工厂的制度和程序，员工手册和规范。

1. Perform other duties as required 完成其他要求的工作
