Suabru审核的改善项怎么改
Subaru审核中提到了一条改善项，请各位指教该怎么改?
A replacement plan for personel at key position must be documented and posted
检查表里是这样描述的：There is a organization chart in quality manual and detail of job description，however there is no separate document for the replacement of personnel in the event of absence of key position
我的想法是：我们的JD中有每个人员岗位职务代理人的描述，但是Subaru要求的是一些比较重要的岗位：如实验室管理人员、计量人员、特种工的职位代理人要用张单独的表格呈现出，并张贴在实验室、计量室让别人知道
请各位指教，是否应该这样改善？
