1>Review the drawing from customer.
2>Define the critical dim. &function/ reliability and quality control points
3>DOE for process control study
4>Prepare SIP & MTD &Gauge SOP &AIM
5>Qualify the Gauge/AIM
6>Training IPQC & In-line inspector
7>Study the Process cabability (cp&cpk)
8>Define 100% measurement list for production
9>Cosmetic study and prepare samples for customer review
10>Co-work with SQE to define the standard for incoming material
