苹果电脑FAI检验报告规则 （中英对照）

Unless instructed by Apple & OEM PD/SQE, the following steps are required:
1.Measurement quantity=3 (random selection from same production lot).
2.Fill out all vendor and part information in raws 2-4. All information in this document should be written in English.
3.FAI must be done on same revision of part as CAD file used for babrication. If revisions do not match, contact Apple or OEM immediately.
4.Measure all dimensions specified by FAI bubbles. If that is not possible, comment on no measurement location. (measurement equipment limitation, drawing interpretation, human errors ets.)
5.All dimensions are metric and in millimeters unless otherwise specified. All angular values should be written in decimal degreees.
6.Report to be available in both electronic & hard copy using this template (NO hand written, pdf, or photocopied reports).
7.Comment on out of spec. locations (tooling limitation, design tolerance too tight, soft tooling, inadequate assembly equipment, measurement quality etc.)
8.Report to be available upon agreeable schedule between Apple/OEM & Vendors.
9.The FAI must be approved before shipment to OEM.

苹果电脑FAI检验报告规则
除非苹果电脑或是OEM厂PD单位以及SQE单位另外有不同的指示,请依照下列的步骤进行FAI检验:
1.检验数量:3pcs (必须由同一批进货产品中随机抽出)
2.资料数据必须以英文记载.
3.进行FAI检验所以依据的图面版次必须与生产该零件的模具所使用的图面版次相同.如果图面版次不同,请立即与苹果电脑或是OEM厂相关单位联络.
4.请依照图面尺寸(有标示FAI圈圈尺寸者)进行FAI量测,如果无法进行量测,请立即汇报无法进行量测的原因(例如,没有可测量位置,测量设备限制,图面尺寸标示不清,操作人员错误等等).
5.尺寸依公制表示(如厘米),所有角度数值以十分位法表示.
6.检验报告必须有电子档案以及书面报告,请勿提出手写报告.
7.请标示不符合图面尺寸的位置以及提出产生不良品的原因(例如,模具本身的限制,设计公差太紧,建议模具,组立设备不良,测量品质等等).检验报告必须在苹果电脑,OEM厂以及下游外包厂都同意的时限内完成.
8.报告提出之日期需经苹果电脑,OEM及厂商同意.
9.FAI检验报告必须审核通过, 下游外包厂方可出货到OEM厂.
