Theme: How to sleep tight
In general, I sleep less than seven hours a day but I seldom lose any sleep. Having enough sleep is important for our physical and mental health. Knowing that pressure at work and family responsibilities can affect my sleep quality and consequently effectiveness at work; therefore, I must have enough sleep to keep myself in good shape.
Here are three tips on getting a good night’s sleep. First, stick to a schedule. That is, go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Secondly, avoid eating any food before going to bed. If you really want to eat something, you should avoid candies, chocolates or spicy foods. Thirdly, don’t drink tea or coffee at night time, because the caffeine will keep you awake.
