招聘要求

岗位职责：
1、负责质量管理体系的完善与审核。
2、负责质量方针，质量目标的达成状况稽核。
3、负责制定质量改进计划并推进。
4、负责建立品质管理制度和考核办法。
5、负责质量管理培训计划的策定。
6、负责纠正预防措施的监督与跟踪。
7、负责计量器具的管理，检定工作。
8、负责实验室的监督、管理。
9、负责所辖科室人员的日常管理，转正、转岗培训。
10、协助部门质量工作总结与汇报。

岗位要求：
1、3年以上汽车零配件行业质量部门管理工作经验，5年以上品质部门质量控制工作经验；
2、持有ISO/TS 16949:2009内审员职业资格证书；
3、掌握质量管理五大手册，熟悉TS16949质量体系运作知识，并有实际推动经验。
4、丰富客户审核和投诉处理经验，较强的协调沟通能力。
5、丰富的质量改善管理实战经验，良好的团地协作能力，上进心、责任心强。

The company products include the type of Auto sliding windows , window gaskets , rubber seals and so on ,and we have the annual production of hundreds of thousands of sets of car windows and spare parts .
