Theme: How to manage the stress and emotion

This morning, I was noted by Company to take the training course on stress and emotion. Our company is going to hire a trainer from XX management training company to instruct us and provide guidance on this Friday, 6 June 2014. I was very pleased to be invited to take this course.

Talking about stress and emotion, in today’s world, to make a good living, everyone faces different challenges and stresses; whether in life or work, managing them scientifically is very important.

For me, with increasing age, I often pay more attention to my body and learn how to relax myself in leisure time. For example, keeping doing exercise every day could decrease neck or back pain. Eating more vegetable and fruits could help us digestion and metabolism system, because they are full of vitamin and fiber. In other ways, I have a best friend who I could tell, sometimes we could communicate with each other when we meet some troubles or difficulties; in fact, getting in touch with friends is also a way to reduce stress.

I don’t know what ways trainer will tell us to manage the stress and emotion; I look forward to attending.
