Position Summary

This is a key Full Time Six Sigma Black Belt leadership position. This position will require an experienced Design for Six Sigma Black Belt, preferably with strong electro-mechanical engineering background in product development and engineering. This position will work closely with product development as a technical coach at the early phases of product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Initial focus of this position is to teach and train New Product Development teams in Asia the key Six Sigma tools and certify them as Green Belts.
• Voice of Customer(VOC)
• Quality Function Deployment (QFD)
• Design Scorecard
• Design for Excellence
• Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Analysis of Variance
• ANOVA Gauge R&R
• Correlations
• Regression Analysis
• ……….
• Also, this position will mentor and train engineer’s through projects.
• Finally, this position will lead improvements of current Engineering processes and practices.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or above
• Six SigmaBlack Belt certification.
• Attend the DFSS training.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience:
• new product development, R&D, Quality Engineering
• Industrial high volume manufacturing environment
• Extensive experience in leading and implementing Six Sigma
• Direct experience in implementing Six Sigma, APQP, Reliability planning & execution, product qualification & testing,supplier involvement, quality technologies, manufacturing quality & supplier quality systems are preferred
• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills; English & mandarin
