招聘要求

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
•Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field is required.
•5 years of leadership experience and lean manufacturing project/engineering experience
•Demonstrated ability to manage time and schedule projects
•Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills are required.
•Demonstrated working knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), Lean Manufacturing, Design and Process FMEAs, and ISO 9000 requirements is preferred.
•Requires good organizational and coordinate skills.
•Must be self-motivated and require little supervision for the successful completion of projects.
•Must have excellent facilitation skills, project management skills, and drive for results.
•Frequent communication with all levels and support of cross-functional teams
