招聘要求

Job Description/工作描述:

1. Supervise Quality System in conjunction with the company Quality Policy and Objectives.
2. Coordinate to handle customer claims/complaints.
3. Conduct Line Compliance & Product Audits and ensure the lines are ready for audit at anytime.
4. Evaluate manufacturing and field defect data, perform statistical analysis.
5. Drive analysis for root cause, corrective action and implementation of close loop.
6. Establish right inspection method & train inspection operators with reference to the product uniqueness/customer specification/requirements.
7. Administer and manage continuous improvement program for all QA processes.
8. Support OpEx implementation.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirement/工作要求:

1. Bachelor Degree in Science and Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years related experience in production quality assurance or Engineering field.
3. Strong problem shooting skill.
4. Good skill in auditing, communication & people management.
5. Able to identify areas for improvement and drive for improvement with courage.
