How can I make FMEA?
In next month, our company will be audit by a AUTO company . I am responsible for the audit. I ask my customer what is the check list. They told me that is VDA6.3 . I readed VDA6.3 but I do not implement it one time. And we aren`t in cooperation with auto company . Who can tell me what can I do? Such as APQP , FMEA , production field , and so on.

找你的管代，老总，老板，组织内部培训，而且要尽快。。。。。培训VDA标准，培训TS相关的工业手册。。。。。如果你真的是新手，那么委派你对应客户审核的那个领导，不是白痴就是傻瓜。。。。。你那里应该有资深前辈和有能力导演客户审核的员工，不过应该不是你。。。。。。
