招聘要求

职责：
1) 光纤放大器(EDFA)生产过程质量控制，提升直通率。
2) 针对不合格现象采取纠正预防措施；
3) 进行产品失效分析并编写分析报告(英文)；
4) 客户投诉处理。

要求：
1） 本科以上学历，电子电路相关专业；有1年以上生产企业的工作经验；
2） 良好的电路基础；
3） 有质量管理或FAE工作经验优先。
4） 能够吃苦耐劳，适应加班工作。
