QFD疑问

VOC有如下目标:
1、Understand Customers better than they understand themselves!
2、Determine in advance specifically How Customers will judge a products Value, then design it in!
3、Obtain cross-functional Agreement and “buy-in” on the Customers Needs (Marketing, Engineering, Management, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.)
4、Translate Customer Needs into development goals and technical capabilities. These are the performance metrics (CTQ), concepts, design characteristics, process parameters, production controls, etc.
5、Provide Documented Requirements Traceability – Forward/ backward traceability using “How/Why” logic.
6、Provide logic and structure to the front end of Product Development.
7、Prioritize Resources to work on the areas with the biggest impact on Customer and Bottom Line.

In my opinion those are the objectives of QFD. We use QFD to tanslate the needs of customer to the requirements of design, then to the requirements of components and parts, then to the requirements of techonology and finnally to the manuafacturing requiements. The logic and structure we implement QFD is similar to that we design a product. Also when we find CTQ and CTP through QFD we can determine the priorities of resources.
