sometimes, taht our product quality problem is occur in our raw materials, so we face the following subject:
how to help our suppliers to improve their product quality and quality assurance system.
and make them to match our expectation.

1) you can caclulate the loss which cause by the material and record all kind of conditions about it, then send corrective action's request to the supplier,and
2)give a timeline to make improve.
3)visit their workshop to audit how they control the quality.
4)always complain them to empherisis how important the quality is.
and at the same time,try to find another supplier as a backup.
