招聘要求

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Identify sources, develop and maintain database of Asian sources. Pre-quality new sources.
•Maintain Asian supplier base in the assigned commodities by Global Sourcing Manager/Sourcing Manager.
•Obtain quotes, samples for component parts, based on prints, samples, and specifications provided by the requester; provide drawings and spec interpretation.
•Organize, analyzes, and present quotations to requesters.
•Conduct plant survey on manufacturing capability, capacity, product assessment, financial stability.
•Provide support in expediting project progress and implementation.
•Support various Business Units in low cost country sourcing demand.
•Assist in new implementing new product introductions with Asian sources, through supplier survey and selection, as well as management of samples build and qualification.
•Lead sourcing projects in assigned territory.
•Can fill in for Global Sourcing Manager in his / her absence.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in the assigned commodity/category industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• 4 years’ minimum experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, familiar with the assigned commodities.
• Must be an energetic self-starter, focused on completing tasks without close supervision.
• Demonstrate success in problem solving, as well as product and process analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience working for US or other Western companies.
• Project management background is a must and solid experience in global sourcing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Other: Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 30%.
