招聘要求

QAQC Engineer

工作内容：
1. Follow project /customer requirement from RFQ to shipment and ensure fulfilment of the customer and code requirements;
识别客户，项目要求，并保证项目执行符合客户和法规的要求；
2. Prepare project quality plan, procedures, critical to quality list, and final quality documentation;
编制质量计划，质量程序，关键质量特性以及最终完工报告；
3. Control inspection process of dimension, visual, and module assembly;
控制尺寸，目视检验以及模块安装检验过程；
4. Monitor project inspection status;
跟踪项目的检验进度；
5. Assit customer or third party audit and inspection;
配合客户或第三方审核和检验；
6. Plan and follow actions towards process nonconformance and service notice;
针对过程不符合及客户投诉策划和跟进相应措施；
7. Train inspectors for standard& code, customer specification and internal requirements.
对检验员进行相应的标准和客户规范以及内部控制要求的培训。

职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree, major in metalurgy, material, mechanical, or welding;
学士学位, 专业为冶金、材料、机械或焊接方向；
2. 3 – 4 years working experiance, prefered to be with the experiance in steel manufacturing industry;
3 – 4 年工作经验，最好具备从事钢铁制造行业工作经验；
3. Familiar with shop inspection and NDT, preferred to be with NDT Level II qualification or above (method: RT, PT, or MT);
熟悉产品检验及无损探伤，最好具备RT, PT或MT之NDT II级或以上资质；
4. Familiarity with eletric is preferred;
最好具备电气方面知识;
5. Good sense in quality assurance, familiar with ISO 9001 or other relevant QMS standard;
良好的质量保证意识，熟悉ISO 9001或其他相关质量管理体系标准；
6. Able to communicate in English (listening, speaking and writing abilities);
具备一定的英文沟通(听, 说, 读, 写)能力;
7. Hands-on inspection experiance is prefered.
最好具备实践检验之工作经历。
