外企想涨工资，请问这样找老总谈合适嘛（用英语）？请教各位前辈了

document,block inspections,contamination analysis, oil cleanliness on the assembly line, coil inspections, measurement tools calibration every month. i'm just a well multi-tasked individual. you may think what i said here is a piece of cake. but still i am proud of myself. you know choices is bilateral,you can either find better employee than me with 3700 YUAN,or when opportunity knocks i have the right to get better job which deserve my contribution. you can confirm all my words to David. and please think about it. thank you for your moment. 自考了ISO9000 和TS 16949证书，会三坐标，干质量五年了,还是检验员。会的有点杂,想有个出路。豁出去了。David是质量经理。。有点乱，心急如焚。马上要找老总面谈了，全程用英语，有什么要修改的吗？谢谢了先。大体情况说下，我们公司才20人不到，每个岗位一个人。质量部列外，2个检验员，1个经理。检验需要做很多事，线圈检验，阀块检验（主要），PPAP提交，量具外校，污染物清洗实验，液压油洁净度分析。另外一个检验员只做阀块检验，其实他也做不来。我进来半年不到几乎都可以单干了。结果这些都变成我的事了。最最主要的阀块检验我也要分担一半工作量。但是我们的工资几乎差不多。他天天坐在空调房，我几乎在现场。哎。质量经理室以前的工程师提拔起来的，上任1年。完全不敢对老总有任何反驳。
