招聘要求

Position: Supplier quality engineer

Main Responsibilities:

1. New supplier development

1). Look for new suppliers as our new project requirement.
2). Visit them to know basic information on site.
3). Supplier audit before we award business to them.

1. New project launch

1). Require suppliers to make PPAP samples.
2). Visit suppliers to to measure dimensions and do some tests for the pilot run/first mass production quality.

1. Monitor quality for mass production.

1. Quality continuous improvement.

1).Work with suppliers to improve PPM.
2).Utilize process/products audits, customer feedback, and other tools to drive continuous improvement;
3).Promote the use of proactive quality planning tools such as FMEA, PPAP and SPC as part of prevention process.

1. Customer complain

1).Receive customer complain email from each our division, and forward them to supplier for improvement.
2).Work with suppliers to analyze the root causes and take related corrective actions. Send 8D report to our division.
3).Monitor effectiveness of their corrective actions for future mass production.
