招聘要求

• Lead problems solving activities both internal in IMMI and at the suppliers using Six Sigma principles to reduce variability in manufacturing and business processes.

• Support and / or lead supplier audit activities to define the supplier’s ability and past performance in areas of problem solving and process development.

• Lead internal IMMI personnel development in areas of Six Sigma with goals of having certified Black / Green / Yellow Belts.

• Lead activity in troubleshooting, tolerance stack analysis, evaluation of proposed engineering changes, and evaluation of returns to ensure IMMI and supplier equipment and processes are capable of meeting the design requirements.

• During the concept phase support project evaluations for tolerance, feasibility of design, and Six Sigma manufacturing.

• Be willing to share the in-depth knowledge of your area with team members. The pre-requisite to this is that you are the expert first.

• Stay abreast of new technologies that can enhance safety and increase value of our products/processes.

• Communicate openly and frequently within the department and to other departments.

• Be ready and willing to address any immediate issue as it occurs even though it may not fall directly into your assigned area(s). Be a flexible, solid team player and apply sound common sense to the issue.
