Qalification（职位要求）：
- More than 3 years working experience in MNC as quality engineer
- Engineering background in major
- Six sigma knowledge, above GB, BB is plus

Responsibilities（明确职责）：
- Responsible for in-process quality improvement, oriented by internal and customer’s expectation.
- Process studies and mapping process & data analysis to evaluate process capabilities and identify improvement opportunities through controllable variables optimizing.
- Work with PQC team and cooperate with other teams to implement improvement actions to realize process capability significant improvement.
- Quickly response for quality issue addressing, flexible to use rational and reasonable quality tools to evaluate real issue status and risk.
- Support CQS to deal with related customer complaints, and make containment actions and improvement solutions.
