VOLVO 审核遗留杂症
背景：质量经理离职没有交接， 他陪同客户审核留下了这个问题（只有他一个人陪同）。现在想要解决。大体意思是11年有个“SEM” 没通过，评估分数只有44分。需要继续改进。今年肯能会再次审核此项。
请教各位，SEM是啥东东？毫无概念。想改善无从下手。
Also, a review of history SEM information showed that XXXX plant be SEMed in 2011, score is 44, need to develop reasonable Actions plan for low score items improvement within 3 months. Then, we can arrange ReSEM for final evaluation. (Note. For SEM improvement actions plan we can find another date to review detail CI)
