加拿大有害物质控制要求

The Government of Canada has requested chemical information about certain products.  Your product may be impacted.  Read this email and attachment thoroughly and determine if you need to provide relevant information. 
 
If your company has any manufacturing facilities located in Canada, you are obligated to respond directly to the Government of Canada.
Share with Canadian Tire your response to Government of Canada, if applicable.
 
If your company and all your manufacturing facilities are located outside Canada, you are obligated to provide relevant information to Canadian Tire. Follow detailed instructions in the attachment.
 
如题，前段时间收到由客户转达的一份邮件，目前公司生产毛绒塑胶玩具产品，邮件也是针对其中两款毛绒塑胶玩具产品作出答复。
 
收到时我是一脸懵逼，邮件中、附件中我均未能找到相关限值及法案要求，加之我对加拿大标准本不熟悉，看完邮件后完全无可着手安排，完了，该怎么回复？
 
也因此，在此发文向各位求救：
 
A：邮件/附件的要求来源于加拿大哪个标准
 
B：附件提及的物质要求限值是多少，还是不能含有
 
C：该如何答复客人？
