模型RSQ才30%多,严重失拟。
在此情形下所分析出来的显著和不显著不是很靠谱。
原因可能是:
1.存在非线性(弯曲)
2.漏掉其他更显著影响的因素
3.测量系统不精确。
你这些数据作为筛选设计的一部分还是可以的,但是不要拿Minitab中的DOE菜单硬去分析,DOE包括实验规划-实施-分析-诠释整体过程。不要认为拿些数据咱跑MINITAB菜单下分析就叫DOE了。
你要对你的问题进行阐述,对目的进行分析。然后依据现状,展开一系列有序的实验策略。比如筛选设计,爬坡设计,优化设计。
你这样做不是在做实验设计,你是在碰运气!
