两个offer，选哪个？
坐标上海，拿到两个offer...
A: 美资 精密光学行业 179K/year senior Product QE... 负责产品的来料直到客诉（70% roughly ）...
外加continues improvement （30% roughly） bonus 待定，估计一个月浮动
B: 瑞士企业 塑胶行业 180K/year senior QS， 负责体系（小部分医疗体系，无TS) 和supplier system audit，外 加流程优化改进 bonus 待定，估计一个月浮动
本人目前125K左右，6年经验，6西格玛黑带理论pass，在带案子...摸石头过河中...英语投血本闭关一年后，现在基本算是可以生活自理，起码面试毫无压力和破绽...
个人意思，对比下来，第二份安逸一点；第一份压力大一点，但对将来的发展空间溢出更大，学到的东西更有发挥的空间，但也担心扛不住，毕竟之前没跟过产线....
其实本来是冲着瑞士这家岗位去的，美资这家进来，有点犹豫了，个人甚至有点倾向于美资这家，想挑战下....
大师们看看，支持步入美帝吗？另外，这个薪资，可接受吗？（真是预期是200K+bonus）

To be frank, based on my near 20 years' experience as quality manager and director in multinational companies, personally speaking, I prefer to work in European companies, don't ask me why as it's too complicated to explain...
Small is good, trust me, Switzerland is small but very strong in some specific areas, and all after all, the company's culture is essential for us to choose a new journey for a better personal career.
As I mentioned previously, medical Devices and the related products could have a bright future.
Don't look down upon "rubber" products, it's very important and widely used in people's life...
All the advice from other people including mine is just a reference for you to make the final decision, you need stay calm and keep yourself sober-minded to listen to the inner voice from your heart to decide....
