招聘要求

Job Description:

- Responsible for Suppliers Quality Performance in terms of Quality PPM, TB,non-conformance management.

- Control non-conformance and customer compliant, to ultimately ensure the product quality meet the requirements.

- Develop and maintain supplier process control such as PFMEA, CP, WI, etc.

- Monitor supplier non-conformance performance, and drive RRCA improvements to reduce escaping defects and failure rate.

- Conduct supplier assessment, approval, qualification(Q+,PPAP, supplier audit).

- Drive continuous improvement of supplier quality by quality tools and method(ACE,6 sigma...).

- Provide supplier technical support for quality solution.

- Conduct relevant supplier training and implement process discipline observation.
 
 
Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering

- at lest 5 years SQE working experience in manufacturing industry (perferably Automative)

- 6 sigma green belt above

- Computer skill like AutoCAD, Microsoft office, project

- Ability to handle complexity and work under pressure

- English could be as working language in both verbal and written
