何时更新SPC的控制限

权当抛砖引玉吧:
控制界限应该定期(月度或季度)评审以衡量是否需要更新。在重新计算控制限之前至少需要收集30个数据。
重新计算控制限当:
- 实施了一个重要的过程变更控制图是根据稳定状态下的条件(人员、设备、原材料、工艺方法、测量系统、环境)来制定的。如果上述条件变化,则必须重新制定控制图.
-目前的控制限太窄或太宽
-过程能力值有大的变化时
Intel采用的是变化率来考虑:
A change ratio may be utilized to detect when the current limits may be inappropriate:
LCL Change Ratio = (LCLcurrent - LCLcalc) / STD (run-run(calc))
UCL Change Ratio = (UCLcalc - UCLcurrent) / STD(run-run(calc))
A large negative change ratio suggests tightening a control limit
A large positive change ratio suggests widening the control limit
Note: 1. For X-bar & X charts, STD (run-run(calc))= 2.66MR-bar / 3
2. For p chart, STD (run-run(calc)) = Sp
举个例子:
Given:
UCLcurrent = 11.36
LCLcurrent = 7.64
From page 38, newly collected data resulted the
followings:
UCLcalc = 9.45
LCLcalc = 5.83
STD(run-run(calc)) = 2.66 MR / 3 = 1.81 / 3 = 0.60
UCL Change Ratio= (UCLcalc - UCLcurrent) / srun-run(calc) = -3.18
LCL Change Ratio = (LCLcurrent - LCLcalc) / srun-run(calc) = 3.02
=> Indicates a need to change the current control limits!!!
