英语高手来挑错(有分加哦)

以下为日常工作中的MAIL,其中有不少也是我们爱犯的错误,大家尽量挑吧,或者你认为不太恰当的地方,你自己会如何写呢?

Presently, we still have some issues on the quality may bring you some trouble,we feel very regret. According our find some quality question ,Analyzing some issues as below;

1: Our company quality Dept have not same standard for your quality requirements at quality communication.
such as xxxx, it's acceptable for stained with a little ink and little blot on our quality Dept. therefore these poor keymat quality was be shipment to
your factory .
2: We think you can acceptable with 500ppm un- qualified products,so we have not very strict inspect for your products.

Presently, we will improve these question as below:
1: 100% sorting for all the xxx products,
2: we will make some sign for products pack outside with "GREEN SIGN", these question will be improved on 2005.10.13, please take note of our shipment date.
3:Creating a Quality Issues Record for better tracking and improvement by our quality Dept. and ensure these question can be not happen again.
