2006:
January - Sent for full QuEST Forum membership vote
June 30th - Handbook released (Approved and Adopted by the QuEST Forum) Measurements Handbook:

Year End 2005 - Draft Content Complete

2006:

January 3-31st- Membership comment period
February 3rd - All comments consolidated and posted
February 9th-10th - Comments reviewed and processed (San Diego)
May 10th/11th - Comments reviewed and processed (TBD)
May 20th - Sent for full QuEST Forum membership vote
June 30th - Handbook released (Approved and Adopted by QuEST Forum)
