VSM和process mapping的区别？

VSM is focus on Value add and non-value add,base on it calculate velocity ratio ,at the same time analysis process inventory to identify where to be improved.

Process mapping include High-level flow diagram and detailed flow diagram,it help to identify X's and optimize process.
